Things to keep in mind when filing a claim:

• Where the incident occurred
• The date and time of the occurrence
• A general description of what happened/is happening

Throughout the report, you may be asked for additional information such as contact information for other parties, property owner information, or police report details. While this information is helpful to have as soon as possible, you can still report your claim without it.
