The Autumn and early Winter season is always fun with kids! Fall festivals, opening of hunting seasons, Thanksgiving and Christmas all add up to a whirlwind of time and activity with our kids.
SANTA’S COMING TO TOWN
Come to Beverly and visit with Santa, Saturday, December 1, 2018!
Before we venture into our bountiful bonanza of Fall activities with the youth of the Elkins-Randolph County community, we want to give a shout out to everyone to join us for an early Christmas celebration on Saturday, December 1 at our Beverly, West Virginia office. Santa will be there spreading Good Cheer from 1 to 5 p.m., while we help hand out cookies and hot chocolate! Everyone is invited to stop in share in the Holiday cheer.

The Elkins Bengals played their championship game Sunday, November 11 at 1 p.m. at Bridgeport High School. THEY WON THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!
Elkins Bengals midgets win State Championship!
The Bengals midget squad capped off a perfect 11-0 season by pulling away from Bridgeport White in the second half to claim a 30-6 victory in the Mountain Youth Football League title game Sunday at Wayne Jamison Field. We look forward to seeing these boys in future Elkins High School lineups!

Mountaineer Insurance Services, Inc. was proud of the Tygart Valley Middle/High School FFA in October when they won the Maids of Honor award during the Mountain State Forest Festival Grand Feature parade for the float they prepared and MIS sponsored.

Each year Clayton Home Show in Elkins hosts a “Safe” Trick or Treat for children of all ages.
Local businesses, including MIS, inhabit each of the showcase homes and offer treats to local kids in a safe environment. It’s an annual, favorite event.
